I’m a current 1200-er who is hoping to start a family in the next few years. I’ve been preemptively thinking about how gaining weight from pregnancy could “undo” the work I’ve done to lose weight. I’m not sure if there is such a thing, but is there a recommended amount of calories per day a pregnant person should eat? Does it depend on the stage of pregnancy? Obviously when the time comes I’d want to eat a well rounded, fulfilling diet to help the growth, but just curious if there are recommendations

  2. I don’t want to meddle with you business but if your currently pregnant, you might need to up your calories by a bit. Maybe talk to a nutritionist? Not going overboard obviously, but just making sure you have enough calories for you AND your baby!! Good luck 🩷🩷
