    Looks good to me. Are most of you putting bell peppers in your salsa? I haven’t tried that yet.
    My standard is 3-5 tomatoes, 1-2 cloves garlic, a few jalapeños, a habanero, cilantro, salt/pepper. Can’t find serranos where I live unfortunately…

    I go back and forth with lime juice. I’ve heard people say it’s not traditional or common, but it seems to taste good so I do it anyway.

    But that’s what’s fun about salsa. The endless combinations!
