Meal 1 – Korean fried ground turkey with healthy home made bang-band sauce and broccoli
Meal 2 – Sweet potato vermicelli, air fried chicken breast, and salad w/ homemade vermicelli dressing
Meal 3 – Smoked Turkey, chicken, and andouille sausage gumbo (made from a leftover Thanksgiving smoked turkey carcass)

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
I suck at recipes, but here goes:
Meal 1 – ingredients: ground turkey, soy sauce, honey, hoisen sauce, rice, broccoli, ginger, garlic.
Cook ground meat until crispy, add in ginger and garlic, and cook more until fragrant. Add soy sauce, hoisen, and honey. Cook until the sauce has evaporated.
Bang bang sauce is just light ranch, light sour cream, plain low fat Greek yogurt, Buffalo sauce, garlic power, and pepper.
Meal 2 – ingredients: chicken breast, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, sweet potato vermicelli noodles, romain lettuce, green onions. Season the chicken thoroughly with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder and put in the air fryer. Add the chicken, noodles, and chopped romain in a bowl with a lot of chopped green onions. Vermicelli sauce is just lime juice, fish sauce, Stevia, rice vinegar, and a dash of water
Meal 3 doesn’t really could because it’s gumbo…and it’s not the easiest thing in the world to make. But if anyone is interested, I’ll give the recipe for it.
