I make a batch of salsa to get through the week every Sunday. Today's is pretty traditional:
Cilantro
Lime
Salt (all 3 to taste)
9 Roma tomatoes
5 tomatillos
Garlic
Half onion
2 jalapenos
2 Serranos
Saved the spare for other recipes this week.
