Made Guinness beef stew in my Ninja Foodi Possible. Seared the beef, bacon, veg in it first then added liquids and braised for 3.5 hours. Added baby potatoes at the halfway mark.

Beef stew with bacon! perfect combo. I love using my Ninja Foodi for stuff like this—makes everything so easy! How did it turn out?

You can use any beer as a good deglasser and as a vegetable stock.

Looks so good! How do you like the Ninja Possible? I’ve been wanting one for awhile to replace my crockpot, especially since you can do more with it then just slow cook.
