I wanted to find some weirder onion cheese but once the smash burgers were done in the skillet. They were topped with the herby goat cheese mix and broiled in the oven till you got some color on there. Both sides of the toasted bun got a layer of bacon/onion jam. A nice handful of pickled onions directly on that burger then close that bad bitch up. Oniony sex between two buns. Your welcome.
