Fantastic service and the pizza blew me away!!
This was the Nellie – Roasted shallots, pickled shallots, fried shallots.

I thought the diff textures and intense shallot flavor with the chives and parm on top was just a flavor bomb that stuck with me. Interestingly no sauce which I was worried about (got on side in case) but honestly did not miss it one bit. In fact I recommend you don’t add sauce to this one and let the ingredients shine.

The crust is def the star of the show, it’s tremendous. If any of yall have tried Dough Vale in Brooklyn (also recommend), was reminiscent of that but not made of semolina flour. It was chewy, crisp, and satisfying.

Also add on the fennel sausage if you want extra protein!

Overall GREAT sit down pie, is most def going to be revisiting often. Highly recommend!!
