  1. Until I saw that you said it was spicy Mayo I was thinking that was mustard. Don’t think I’ve ever seen yellow spicy Mayo.

    Of course I would have accepted mustard if it was a kids “sushi” roll. I once did some nigiri with Dino nuggets for my daughter.

    Still looks delicious! Came out looking pretty good for your second attempt; I remember your original post.

    The main thing I’d say for presentation is getting better with the drizzle. Starting at one end and swaying side to side as you slowly move down is best.
