I'm trying to find out what the actual dimensions are for the main cooking grate. Everywhere I look it only gives the total surface area, or it's measured in hamburgers. Neither of these figures help me determine if I can fit a whole packer brisket, or what size brisket it can fit, without separating the point from the flat.
