If anyone knows where to get non frozen grilled eel in the USA please let me know. I used to live in east coast suburb with big Korean population and could stop by 3-4 restaurants with live eel they prepare after ordering but apparently they’re endangered and banned now?? Willing to fly within conus for actual fresh eel served with ssamjang, ginger, kkaennip, garlic, him, that grey soup just need to know where 🙁
