Overbaked Challah :( but at least my braiding improved

Attempt #2 but I tried traditional braiding this time. Super proud of the pattern, I just messed up with the timing.

    This is gorgeous! It doesn’t look overbake to me at all. Maybe it’s personal preference, i really like it! You did such an amazing job on the braiding. You should be proud of it! If it taste good to you that’s all it matters✹

    I work in bread production at a gourmet grocery store and braiding challah well was one of the last shaping techniques for me to nail. Yours looks great! Practice, practice, practice

    Doesn’t look overbaked to me at all. Maybe the slightest bit young before hitting the heat but who cares. Braiding looks awesome.
