I have been wanting one for a while and just pulled the trigger myself. Excited to be able to do a pork butt in the dead of winter on my Weber without having to micromanage the vents in sub 30 temps.

I’ve been watching them as well but really doubt want to flip my WSK over to install as it has the attached table. I’d need to remove the lid assembly.
