Left plate
– 24 months comté
– 18 months gruyère
– tête de moines
– creamy gorgonzola
– camembert was president extra cremeux or something like that
– Brie
– salted butter
– Spanish ‘salami’ I forgot what it was exactly as well

Right plate
– quick pickled red onions (homemade)
– grainy mustard
– quince jelly
– lemon jelly
– apple onion relish (homemade)
– habanero passion fruit relish (homemade)
