I bought a rotisserie last year. I attempted one whole chicken on it. Not sure what I did wrong, but it was way too loose on the rotisserie. It would go half way, then just plop down when gravity set in, then start making the next turn and do the same thing. It spun all the way around for as long as I needed it to, but just kept plopping every half turn. I think a turkey would do me in…
But how long did this take? What temp did you shoot for? Any tips for making it work?

Question, is minion method your go to for using those char-logs from B&B? First time I tried a low and slow I lined them up end to end and stacked a third row. The dam snake burned end to end on the back bottom row in no time prob cause of the air holes through the middle.
