Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
* 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
* 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon of ginger paster (You can use fresh ginger as well)
* ½ teaspoon of red chili flakes
* 1 tablespoon of olive oil
* ⅓ cup of honey
* ⅓ cup of low sodium soy sauce
* 1 ½ cups of white rice
* 1-2 heads of broccoli
* ½ tablespoon of white sesame seeds
* Fresh chopped chives for garnish (You can use slice green onion as well)

Instructions
* Remove the entire shell including the tail 
* In a large mixing bowl add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, chili flakes, ginger, & minced garlic
* Mix thoroughly till everything gets blended together 
* Add your shrimp to the marinade and mix so all the shrimp get evenly coated 
* Let the shrimp marinade for 15-20 minutes 
* While the shrimp is marinating cook your white rice and broccoli 
* Heat up a frying pan on medium heat 
* Place all your shrimp into the frying pan and when the shrimp cook halfway through flip them 
* Add whatever marinade is left over the top of the shrimp and let everything cook down and thicken up 
* Once your shrimp reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees(63°C) they are done 
* Add shrimp on top of your rice and broccoli 
* Drizzle some sauce over the top. Garnish with white sesame seeds and fresh chopped chives
