Both plates add up to the content of the pot, the calories listed is for the total. Which i ate all of. It was a struggle, I definitely volumed too close to the sun with this one but I live alone and hate overnight salad, so,,,

Dry ingredients (no real logic here just all of my fridge scraps really. The only thing i make sure to buy is the beetroots and some form of green leaf):
— one medium carrot (25kcal)
— one head of little gem lettuce (200g 28kcal)
— 4 celery sticks (100g 10kcal)
— most of a pack of rocket (40g 10kcal)
— 250g beetroot (105kcal)
— 1 tin of tuna (i know it doesn't look much but trust me you can TASTE it all the way through!!) (100kcal)
Total: 278kcal

Dressing: this is way less meticulously calculated but it was a conservative drizzle of olive oil, a generous amount of balsamic vinegar, and a heaping tablespoon of pesto. Pretty standard stuff, but the beetroot adds some excellent depth of flvaour to it so you definitely don't need to go too fancy!
