Weber Grill not working properly?

Hi, my family recently bought a Weber Grill. Specifically the Weber Summit Fs38 E, which features the Sear Zone feature, where the heat comes from above too. Unfortunately, when the Sear Zone Burner is turned on, it doesn't seem to work properly compared to videos about said Sear Zone.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help identify the issue in the following video or share their own experiences.
