    A ridiculously good meal for 1,350 yen. Not sure how much better tempura can get. This was on the 7th floor of Lumine 1.

    It’s Kakaya, an udon restaurant that also serves tendon (tempura bowl) and kamameshi (rice steamed in a kama pot). It is a chain of 8 restaurants with 4 in Tokyo. The chain is part of BYO group that manages several restaurant brands.
