Authentic recipe for takeaway kebab shop garlic sauce, where one special ingredient makes all the difference. Once you’ve got that in, be ready to have some of the responsibility deferred to your good selves for the other ingredients to ensure this garlic sauce works for you. If this recipe isn’t perfect, you can have a little moan in the comments if you like – but it will fall on deaf ears I’m afraid….la la la la la la la la….

150g Mayonnaise
150g Yoghurt

Looks delicious but I'm tempted to replace the dried mint with a teaspoon of mint sauce, what do you reckon? Have you tried it with mint sauce?
Probably a stupid question but why put in powdered garlic and fresh garlic? Why not all powdered or all fresh. For me always fresh. Cheers.
Lordy, that ensemble looks majestic. ps sobriety can also be a major factor in a homemade kebab not tasting quite…right π
How does one contact the gentleman who produces these fine videos?
The fully assembled end product looks delicious!
2 cloves of garlic is a good start. An entire bulb is a really good end.

How long will it keeep in the fridge or do l just drink whats left?
Love your humour. Didn't know about the mint. I like to add vinegar.
I basically winged mine. I put Cumin, Paprika and Chilli powder in it for a more smokey firey kick. You can litterally put it on a flip flop and it would taste good.
