    Well considering this as Chinese eel , which are related to the Japanese “Unagi” eel (both belongs to Anguilla japonica), these are fishes.

  8. How does the texture compare to like a unagi bowl at a japanese restaurant? I love that dish but it’s pretty expensive at restaurants.
