    Possibly Yuzu Kosho, a fermented Yuzu and chili with salt and pepper. Amazing stuff! But it looks more like onion and capers, common on Lox bagels.

    If that’s fresh Salmon, the chef should commit sepuku for putting capers. It’s smoked, so I guess it’s a pass.
