Thanksgiving 2024, my best board yet!

Cheeses are Brie, smoked Gouda, jalapeño cheddar, Parmesan, and goat cheese (not pictured). I made the prosciutto into ribbons for the first time and loved it. So easy and beautiful! I really struggled to make the salami rose. No matter how many times I tried or which tutorial I followed it wouldn’t sit tight so I welcome any tips for those. The jams are jalapeño habanero jelly and fig orange jam. We had a guest with a severe nut allergy so I didn’t include any but I wish I would’ve gotten more chocolate. These are chocolate covered gummy bears and they were a hit. The honey and comb was fun but next time I would put them on a small plate instead of directly on the board because everything was covered in honey.
