I’m in charge of an upcoming work bbq. I want to do wings and party ribs, just because they cook a little faster. We are 25 people. Is 8 racks and two packs of wings from Costco enough? There will also be veggies, chips , rice salad and Caesar salad. I’ll have access to 3 grills. My pitboss 700FB not shown.
