I live in Honolulu. Hard to find good bagels. My cousin brought me some from Utopia Bagels in Queens, NY. Froze them. Decided to make a sandwich with some leftover brisket. Took a photo outside because my wife and I were rushing to pickup kids from school. Ate it in the car. Delicious.
