2.25 lbs 90/10 ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
400g white rice (precooked)
1 egg
Salt/pepper to taste
I also added some chili powder and paprika
(I'd also add some Worcestershire sauce, but didn't have it)
Mix it all up, put it in a pan, add some ketchup on top
350 for 30 minutes, add more ketchup if desired.
I eat 200g protein/200g carb/100g veggie per meal. So I quarter this (2.25lbs generally yields right at 800g beef). So I add 100g of potato and 100g of green beans and it's a GREAT meal prepped dinner.

Wait you eat 600g of protein and carbs per day if going 3 meals?
I was thinking mussel meatloaf and was trying to solve that puzzle in my head. Whew, just read it wrong.
I put bbq sauce on top before cooking. So yummy.
