Making ramen at home can be really intimidating, but this Miso Ramen recipe has to be one of the easiest to master. Delicious broth, juicy pork, and thick noodles that you can cook in as little as 30 minutes. Let me know if you’re going to try this at home!

Sorry about the glitch at the start, I’m working on trying to fix it without re-uploading ✌️
Great to see the corn added—a homage to the Hokkaido origin, I see… respect +100. Most YouTubers would add random stuff like shiitake or "insert Asian-looking topping" lmao
Mmmmmmmmm❤❤❤
These always look so good.
I wonder if you can replace pork with minced beef
Andy, you'll get more flavour on that char siu if you baste it in the marinade when you fry it! The sugars will caramelise. 😉
While so many other big cooking channels fall to the “viral video” trend, any continues to pump out absolute top quality recipes. So damn pleasant to see. I appreciate you sticking to the good stuff brother
I saw ramen, i auto liked and clicked the video 😛
Is there an option that doesn’t involve pork? Chicken mince?
Can't wait to show this to my GF
One more tip for the left over stock you used for the eggs. Reduce it so its starts to thicken up. Then let it cool down and it will be a SUPER rich umami bomb to spice up any other soup or do some cheat ramen broth. Just add a teaspoon and its soooo delicious! And its good for weeks!
try ZENB's ramen for a gluten free option. I love to add great veggies and silkie tofu to the hot broth. Thank you for these recipes!!!
Any tips on asian shops in Sydney that would have those products? It seems to me that pretty much any, right?
Inspirational!
Is there a video about your chopping board? I'd love to live that giant board lifestyle but how do you manage to exclusively clean-in-place?
I’m hungry… can we use the Korean chili paste as it’s all we can get in our country? And beef instead of pork?
❤❤❤By looking at your cooking, everyone will be motivated to go to the kitchen😊❤❤❤
Hey Andy, glad I found your channel! Great videos – really appreciate you and the team taking the time to put these together! 🙂
Daddy Andy ftw
I saw you on a boss coffee ad 😂 it was 🔥
This is exactly whats missing from the big food tubers. Thanks so much for making classic dishes easy and understandable to cook, so they are not intimidating. Before this video I would never try to cook pork belly but the simpleness you showed took away my fears. 🙂
Can I substitute anything for the sake in the broth? I can’t find any where I live 😢
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THE TYPES
Maybe kick around the eye contact with side cameras. Tracking the change feels a little off with the eye shift. Eye contact with the front camera feels a lot more natural to me as the viewer. Thanks for a great tutorial!
My favorite go to ramen when I was in school was adding peanut butter, soy sauce, and a little sesame oil to the broth and topped it with scallions, sesame seeds, chili crisp and a soft boiled egg. (Chef’s kiss)
So good ❤️
Is miso ramen the best flavor of ramen? 🍜
YES: like
NO: comment
Tonkotsu refers to the broth, shio/shoyu/miso the tare (salt component). you can have a Tonkotsu ramen that's shio, shoyu, or miso tare. My favorite local ramen is a Tonkotsu miso ramen!
this looks fantastic, definitely would like to make soon ! cheers andy
can't wait for Uncle Roger to reac to this
