This Cafe-Style Pesto Pasta is SO Easy & Delicious | Italian Style Pasta | Wary Cook |

PESTO SAUCE.
In addition to pasta dishes, pesto is good with fish,meat and vegetables. The version here is quick, but if you prefer you can make it more traditionally using mortar and pestle.

INGREDIENTS. ( make 150 ml )

75 gm fresh basil leaves
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp roughly chopped walnut
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 😋

HOW TO MAKE.

Place the basil, garlic, walnut, cheese, black pepper and oil. Process until a smooth sauce is formed,

HOW TO BOIL PASTA.

Take 1 litter water, bring into boil add 11/2 tsp salt. Add pasta boil for 8-10 minutes ⏰
