About to make a pretty wild Chex mix. Melting butter and warming mix in oven counts as cooking, right?

Definitely just made a patch of snicker puppy chow. It’s fire.

We are definitely gonna need an after pic. Perhaps a recipe?

Mix some worchestshire sauce, tobasco sauce, a little curry power, and little chili power in the butter to make a super savory taste. My aunt used to make ice cream pails full of this stuff and called it Bridge Mix. She always snacked on it during bridge nights with her gal pals.

Fuck yea it counts, and I want some! It would pair beautifully with this glass of rosé in my hand.

Sorry, couldn’t add another photo to same post, but did do an update [HERE](https://www.reddit.com/r/drunkencookery/s/yZISv3D9GA)
TIL that Chex Mix involves butter and baking. I thought you just threw various chips and snacks in a bag.
If you’re asking if it counts as cooking to fit this sub… You don’t have to cook something to fit this sub.
Just look up what a cookery is.
