I kinda failed, the cake was too fluffy (?) and fell apart when I tried to cut it to put the cherries inside πŸ™

    Do u have any time? This is what I’d do: put it in the freezer for about a half an hour…just enough to get everything to form up a bit. You don’t want it rock hard. Then gently take a a flat utensil and run it around the entire outside to smooth it out. Then you can either frost it or leave it naked which seems to be trending at the moment
