This is a slightly new twist on my go-to ground turkey breast meal prep. I usually always start out with 5 of these Foster Farms ground turkey breast packages (my local grocery store has a 5 for $5 each deal) and then I add some type of sauce/marinade on top before storing them to have for dinner throughout the week. This is super basic and simple, which works well for someone like me with limited cooking skills.

It’s pretty solid in the way of protein (see last slide for nutritional information) but feel free to use this recipe as inspiration or a base for your own meals!

As for the exact recipe, I just grilled 5 of these 16oz Foster Farms ground turkey breast packages (99% fat free version) and spread a total of 175g of G. Hughes sugar free honey mustard among the 8 divided portions. I also sprinkled a bit of chili powder over the top for extra flavor.. I know it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing, but it gets the job done and I enjoy it 🙏

— the honey mustard has eggs listed in the ingredients so it’s less of a sauce and more of an aioli type thing? Anyway, I figured it’d be a decent and lower calorie source of healthy fats to add on top since the turkey itself is already so lean

  1. I’m sorry but if I had to eat this everyday I would be depressed. Maybe add some green veggies or a sweet potato?

you should form the turkey into a patty/burger form and season it liberally with anything and everything and then grill or hard sear them in a nice pan to get some crust and colorization on the meat. you can doctor up lean meat so that it still has great texture and flavor and overall appearance without adding extra cals
