Rock collector cake

I got to make a cake for someone who' likes to collect rocks and gemstones. Cake is a chocolate buttermilk cake with Oreo "dirt" filling. The buttercream is a swiss meringue base recipe. All the " rocks and minerals" are made with different mixtures of sugar and isomalt. I had a lot of fun putting this all together
