By the way, any tips for getting more protein in would be extremely helpful!

I find when I eat carbs and sugar it just fuels my hunger and once you stop eating sweets/ carbs you kinda lose the craving for them. Try switching to things like cottage cheese, nuts, cheese sticks to keep you full. Meat too of course although I’m a vegetarian. I always just plan each meal around a protein first and fill in calories with carbs when I can. Using the LoseIt app is REALLY helpful to help you learn how much protein you need and are getting from your meals.

Eating so much bread will make you hungrier for those things, its a vicious cycle
For the indian, go for a curry with chicken or beans and no roti
For the grilled cheese, do cubes of cheese and salami dipped in pizza sauce as a snack
Instead of the fruit biscuit, just have fruit and eat a good amount if you want
For the last two snacks, try peanut butter or avocado toast depending on whether you want sweet or salty
You need to get more protein like eggs, chicken, and fish with vegetables somewhere in there as well
