Pork loin – 1.3 kg.
Salt – 1.5 tsp.
Pepper – 1 tsp.
Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
Sweet paprika – 1 tsp.
Garlic powder -2 tsp.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Onions – 2 large pcs.
Sugar 2-3 tsp.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Mushrooms – 200 gr.
Carrot – 1 pc.
Salt and pepper.
Parsley -30 gr.
Ketchup – 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
Soy sauce – 1 tsp.
Mustard – 1 tsp.

Pork loin. Wash the meat. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture. Cut as shown in the video. Move the knife slowly to avoid cutting the meat. Cut off everything unnecessary. Make cuts all over the surface of the meat. If desired, the meat can be pounded a little with a hammer, then it will become even more tender. Salt. Pepper. Italian herbs. Garlic powder. Sweet Paprika. Rub the seasonings into the meat. Mushrooms. Vegetable oil. Carrot. Grate on a coarse grater. Salt and pepper. Peel the onion. Coarsely chop the onion. Vegetable oil. Sugar. Soy sauce. Spread an even layer of onions. The next layer is carrots with mushrooms. Parsley. Slowly roll the meat into a tight roll. Line a baking dish with a large piece of foil. Place a large piece of parchment paper on top. Wrap the meatloaf with bacon as shown in the video. Wrap the roll in paper and foil. Roll the roll as tightly as possible. Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for 60-70 minutes. Ketchup. Soy sauce. Mustard. Vegetable oil. Carefully unroll the hot roll. Brush the top of the bacon with the prepared Flavored glaze. Grease it on all sides, it will be very tasty. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Once cooked, to rest for 10-20 minutes before slicings. Tasty and juicy meat is ready.
