
I am a beginner and I was so proud of this loaf!! Double choc chip! I used coffee to bloom my cocoa! Give me scouring tips, I don’t understand why my score looks so weird lol
Recipe:
50g cocoa
100 g water or coffee to bloom cocoa
125g sourdough starter
285-300g roughly of warm water
50 g brown sugar
Tsp vanilla
Take off scale & mix well
Back on scale
500 g flour
12 g salt

I have to admit that I can’t wrap my brain around chocolate chip sourdough bread. Is it sweet in addition to the chocolate chips or is it standard sourdough bread with just the addition of chocolate chips in it?
