is that… parsley? on the top? no hate, just curious- i’ve never seen parsley used outside of savoury dishes. why not use green frosting, or more fondant like the rest of the carrot decorations? also, is the parsley expected to be picked off prior to eating the cake, or is it kept on, and if so, does the flavour conflict with the cake at all?
