The Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees, Lackawanna and Wyoming Chapter, met Nov. 21 at Perkins Restaurant in Dickson City. The main topic was the Christmas dinner, which will be held for members only Dec. 12 at Colarusso’s in Dickson City. Attendees are asked to bring unwrapped gifts for children to donate to Toys for Tots. Guest speaker at the dinner will be Catherine Richmond Cullen, Ed.D., retired professor from the University of Scranton.
