i have been wanting to try a copycat version of nobu’s making crispy tuna rice so i pick this ahi tuna steak up when i saw it. is it safe to consume raw? and is there a proper way of thawing it/do i need to do anything to it to make it safer?

I’ve eaten these raw without issue. Notice they don’t say anywhere that you must cook before eating, unlike other raw products. They’re intended to be seared and eaten without being fully cooked throughout
Should be just fine, the stuff I use comes looking very similar.
I looked them up on google, there’s a post here from 4 years ago as well, should be good to go
there’s always a lidl risk
I use Aldi version of these in poke bowls. Mine look a lot redder though.
Tf is wrong with cooking your food?
MSC rating looks promising. I’d say go for it
I did this just the other night in Poké bowls (and a few previous times as well with no issues)! I’d say go for it
Just sear em
How much is that?
