Shiitake tortiglioni and seared yellowtail bruschetta with saffron aioli 🤤

I had the bruschetta at a restaurant a while ago and have been wanting to try to make it. Turned out great but I cheated on the aioli and used mayo haha. Not quite on restaurant level, but I’m drunk and it hits the spot.
