
Here’s my first sourdough loaf! She turned out so pretty and has a great texture and taste! The following week, I made another loaf along with some focaccia (sadly, no pictures of those) and sourdough bagels. c:
When I made this first loaf, I accidentally over-fermented it! I had to save it by adding a lot of flour. Thankfully, it didn’t ruin the recipe—I was so worried, haha. I can’t believe it worked because the dough was so goopy! Lesson learned: NEVER over-ferment your sourdough!
I’m not much of a baker, so I’m really proud of myself and excited about this baking journey. I can’t wait to make more baked for my family and neighbors!
