Simple, but effective. I typically cook the three portions of the meal separately and store them separately, and combine (top left tupperware) in the mornings before I head to campus.
The two seasonings that are pictured is all I add to potatoes, veggies, and chicken, and boy, does it do the job! My girlfriend consistently comments on how good it tastes (when I’m willing to give her a bite).
- Chicken breasts are sliced in half and air fried at 400° F for 12-14 minutes.
- Mixed vegetables are cooked stovetop in covered pan for however long I think is good, usually 15-20 minutes at a medium heat.
- Potatoes are also cooked stovetop in an uncovered pan at a slightly higher heat until internal temp reaches ~210° F.
Haven’t got sick of it yet! 🙂

The green hue on the vegetables is from the spices?
That buttery steakhouse seasoning is a go to! Love that stuff! I did the exact same prep for a while for my lunches. For me, I’ve found I dislike the texture of the broccoli, it started to get slimy after a couple days. I’ve moved to slicing up a red and yellow bell pepper with sweet potato “fries” in my chicken meal prep and so far I’ve done fine with that texture. Occasionally I’ll toss in some baby bella mushrooms I saute in garlic, butter and thyme and it really kicks it up a notch. Either way, great job!
