Mastroberardino in the legendary 1968 vintage decided to bottle separate crus for his taurasi riserva, this Montemarano was epic. Simply unbelievable.

I had the 68 last year and it was the best and most memorable wine I have ever had.
Kudos to anyone keeping a wine like that for this long. Wow. They are a trailblazer and to hang onto it for almost 60 years is unheard of.
