  3. I tend to make an easier version by combining these
    1 light english muffin 100 cals
    Pre made jimmy dean sasauge patty 140 cals
    Low fat cheese – 30 cals each slice
    For the egg u can either use 4-5 regular eggs or 2 with the yolk and the rest just egg whites
    This combination makes 5 sandwiches if ( u are making 5 eggs with yolks ) comes to around 340 – cals per breakfast sandwich
