Bought one of those cheap frozen turkeys post Thanksgiving. Cut it in half and used half a breast and the dark meat from a leg and thigh to make Turkey and Dumplings. Budget friendly. Froze half this meal for a quick dinner for my family in the near future.

    Forgot to add a recipe.

3-4 lbs boneless skinless turkey (white and dark meat)

    1 Medium onion chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

    2 cups chicken/turkey broth

3-4 shakes each of dried parsley, dried tyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, seasoning salt, etc.

    Salt and Pepper to taste

8 oz mixed frozen vegetables (corn, carrots, peas)

    1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

1: Add onion to crockpot then add chicken on top

2: separately combine condensed soup, stock and seasoning

    3. Cook on low for 7 hours

    4. Shred / break up chicken

    5. Add frozen vegetables

    6. Flatten and slice refrigerated biscuit dough into strips and add on top of crockpot

    7. Cook on low for 45 mins, stir and cook for another 15 mins on low

    8. Serve

I served with plain white rice because it goes good with the gravy. The cocktail was a Left Hand from day2 Advent Calendar on r/cocktails.
