Hi all!!
Last year in japan I ate the food circled in red, since coming home i have tried ENDLESSLY to find it again and recreate it, but i’m not even sure what it is!!! The closest i’ve found is a potato salad of some sort?? It was so good i need to eat it again before i die, please help!!!

Looks like shira-ae of some sort.
So jealous of everything on this table! Unfortunately, i can’t help you with identifying but i’m also interested in finding it out 😊
