first is a raspberry and pistachio rugelach and the second is a gingerbread with lemon glaze

Yum! I am not a fan of gingerbread but with that lemon glaze, I would have no problem enjoying more than one. The raspberry rugelach must be amazing. Great and unique combos.

A guy who used to work for the same guy I work for would bake those occasionally and I’d always go over to the store and buy a container of them. They were so good!
Now he doesn’t work there anymore and I need to figure out how to make them myself.

I used a similar stamp on a soft gingerbread once- it was a set of frozen (the movie) themed cookie stamps. I don’t care much about the movie, but the stamps were so great! Is this the same set? I did Tartine’s soft glazed gingerbread tile recipe with them
