So this Pinot from California is a really good buy as well. Very strong notes of raseberry and spice. Light red in color. good crisp and a long finish. I’d definitely give it a low-mid 90’s like most of the reviews have as well.
But the little story is my friend let’s call him Paul came over and we had a single vineyard Syrah from walla walla and I wanted to go lighter so he volunteered to go get another bottle of wine wile I finished cooking. I requested he go to the wine store and tell the pro “my friend would like a wine from Morgon” and we think he said “ my friend would like a wine called Morgan” so I do see where the confusion is. But this is a great wine as well and wouldn’t mind trying others from them.

Morgan’s wines are excellent. One of the key producers of Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot, Chard and Syrah!
Lmfao love this, a good excuse to try a new wine
That seems to be like a mix-up with a great outcome. Not Cru Beauj but solid Pinot
12 Clones. One of my go-to all purpose wines.
