This is always one of our favorite soups from HF. We got the added chicken sausage but it’s also excellent without it. I extend the HF soups so we have extra leftovers with some to freeze. As always, I also add more garlic and seasonings and topped it with Parmesan. Delicious and filling on a cold night!
