I haven’t been able to find their products in any stores yet but I ordered their tuna off Amazon and it SLAPS. The best.

I made vegan musubi with it for a party and it was popular. To make more of it, I rolled the fried slices up with pickled white rice into nori rolls cut into small rounds, and served it with a pineapple-based sweet and sour sauce.

Have you had regular SPAM or chicken SPAM to compare it to? My only concern about vegan SPAM would be texture, because the chicken SPAM lacked the cohesiveness that makes the original “work”.

I can’t believe the positive feed back. I thought this was the worst tasting meat substitute I ever had.
