Can you believe I make this around 2x week and my husband does not partake? He likes sushi but doesn't crave it and would rather have a frozen pizza on my sushi nights. More for me! (And the beggars photographed.. they get a few slices..)

    Why do people post food with their pets hovering over it, for more fake internet points? My god, it’s weird and stupid. It looks like your dogs aren’t well trained and just go where they want anyways.

    This looks like it is from a very large salmon; the slices are magnificent. I’m at home curing trader joe salmon, which makes much smaller pieces, though fresh and tasty. But I think that is the way farmed fish are, I guess. I got to get to a fish market that does the required freezing.
