Hi. it's my cake day. I've had a reddit account for over a decade but never done anything for cake day. This subreddit has kept me alive. so I wanted to pay tribute to the parfait.
Honestly, these are far too fresh to keep well for weekly prep beyond 2 days, but it's a minute of labor before you go to bed, and plenty of fuel to carry you to lunch.
1 serving of oats, with 1 serving of yogurt atop it, honey + (I use) pumpkin spice seasoning, and a couple handfuls of fresh berries.
Simple, delicious, and great for your daily movements.

My husband does this, but with cottage cheese! Happy cake day!
Nice! Hope you found some cake today!
I keep making museli, which does prep ahead well and you can add the berries right before eating
